The Optimist Club and Chapter Liability Plan protects your organization from Lawsuits resulting from bodily injury or property damage at chapter or club-sponsored activities. The plan also pays the court and legal costs for defense.
By selecting a comprehensive Liability Plan, Optimist is able to shield your club or chapter members from costly lawsuits. This coverage provides not only peace of mind for your club or chapter members, but it also satisfies the need for proof of insurance required by many venues.
Please note that sports coaches and sports participants coverage is not included with the liability coverage. If your Club is involved with any sporting activities/leagues or fundraisers, Accident Medical insurance for the players/participants is strongly recommended. The Accident Medical plan has competitive pricing with customizable high limits available and a $0 deductible. Click here for more information, pricing or to apply for the Accident Medical insurance.
